• Enthusiasm to work on establishing a hardwood range to sell alongside any existing ranges.
• Having a showroom is preferable and being willing to invest in show pieces and display samples.
• Committed to using one brand of hardwood product so the customer knows exactly what they are getting.
• Sell on value for money and quality/service rather than just price.
• Have a website of good standard or willing to invest in one, showing all the hardwood products that you supply.
